I'm Avy Leghziel, an Executive Coach and Consultant.
I've served more than 120 executives and trained thousands of professionals.
Most of my clients are First-Time Executives and Founders facing challenging contexts: rapid team growth, team conflicts, strategic stagnation, organizational crises.
Their success depends on how fast they can adapt their own capabilities, as much as on structuring an effective strategy. I specialize in accelerating those processes, and it's also where my research is focused.
I truly believe that chaotic problems are the best opportunity for professional transformation.
