Born and raised in Italy, working with English-speaking clients anywhere they are. I am fluent in English, Italian and Hebrew.

- I grew up in Rome, Italy; I am currently based in Brazil. I am married to Rajel, who is from Mexico, and we have two kids.
- My academic background is in Psychology, Business Management and Organizational Development. I am pursuing my PhD, researching how executives succeed in chaotic environments. I am passionate about modern culture, science and literature.

For the past 19 years I have worked with an international audience. The way stories, ideas and people from different spaces merge into culture and behavior is the lens through which I understand the world.
My expertise comes from my professional experience and my own research.
- For 15 years I've served in senior executive roles in global organizations.
- I launched my own consulting and training practice after specializing in organizational development and strategy. Since then I've provided consulting to more than 120 executives and trained thousands of professionals.
- Quality opportunities for professional development should be available to everyone. The alternative is stagnation. Our minds need fuel to perform better and to have a meaningful living experience.

My responsibility is to help individuals and organizations who need frameworks and resources to work, manage and learn at their best. We live in times of endless content, but much of it is empty or redundant. My job is to find the rich and challenging ideas and put them to work.

I learned that classic organizational routines are fine as an infrastructure, but real progress comes from the encounter with unorthodox ideas: engaging with chaotic, creative and challenging experiments is what makes professionals grow and perform.
