I started this newsletter about six years ago, with the goal of finding some answers to the following thought:

Dozens of issues and 5,000+ subscribers later, we've found some good answers. We're drawing the map of professional evolution, and it's full of dilemmas, rabbit holes, and messy problems that professionals navigate every day.
It keeps on changing and it's easy to get lost. Lucky for us, we enjoy getting lost.

What to expect:

Every two weeks you will receive an e-mail from me. You'll open it straight away, you'll find stories, ideas and tech recommendations that will fuel your workday. Sometimes you'll hit "reply" and share with me your raw thoughts. I'll reply; I always do.
When I develop a new resource, such as the Burnout Report 2025 or the "Feedback that boosts performance" guide, you'll get it before everyone straight to your email. I need your feedback.
When I launch a new training or a new product, you'll get access before everyone, Masters of Babel discount included.
